UK SHIPPING RATES FOR ITEMS PURCHASED

World wide standard post and packaging  =  £10.00
UK post will go 1st class 
All other areas will be standard shipping.

If you are located in areas like Australia please allow at least two weeks for your order to arrive.

Returns Cancellations and Refunds
Blackrose World offer a product 12 months guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your product you may return the product (post must be paid for by you).

The product must be unused and in a perfect condition and in the original packaging for the item to be refunded.

Refunds will only be made upon return of the item.

Any item that has failed through fair wear and tear will be replaced within guarantee period.
However Blackrose World will check the product and the decision is final regarding the replacement.

If you wish to cancel the transaction we require you to email us here within 24hours.
Items that have been dispatched must be returned (post must be paid for by you) before the refund can be made.
